Wooden Mirror !!!

Ok i must admit this must be the coolest thing i saw. This is the work of interactive artist daniel rozin who seems to work with mirrors from non-reflecting materials like the one shown below. As seen on video this mirror uses small camera which sends signals to the wooden pieces and gives them directions to get the good looking reflection.

Mirror is made from 830 square pieces of wood, 830 servo motors, control electronics, video camera, computer, wood frame. The actual mirror size is - W 67” x H 80” x D 10” (170cm , 203cm, 25cm).

Yep that's true, we're getting such a mobile in the very near future. It's about a new Audi Phone that comes with a new Audi A1 car. It's not a news anymore to hear about Auto companies that integrate Mobile Phones into their cars, we had Renault Nokia Twingo before and now we're dealing with audi too.
The Audi Phone actually has more functions than any integrated Auto Mobile Phone before. The laptop which contained company designs, creative work, contact details and financial information was stolen from this company this week.

Domain name ifpi.com which was the propriety of company named IFPI (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry) a company which fights against illegal copying of music is actually bought by a torrent share organisation known in the world by name The Pirate Bay.

IFPI tried several times to stop the activity of The Pirate Bay in many ways, once they called for Swedish Police to give the evidences they own about The Pirate Bay group but failed many times. And now their own domain is owned by their own enemy.

The Pirate Bay decided to change the meaning of the domain IFPI which now stands for International Federation of Pirates Interests.

This simple but yet good looking wall clock designed by Josh Owen is probably for prisoners or guys that "spent" good time in jail. The clock is called "Doing Time" and is based on wall notations of prisoners marking the time spent in prison.

The microblogging site named Jaiku the similar site of Twitter and Pownce. Its about services which allow users to create and publish simple short text blogs, accessible via mobile too (IM).

Youtube now getting really profitable site. Google decided to add the adsense platform on Youtube, to get out the money they invested on buying Youtube site 11 months ago for $1,65 billion. The ads will be placed under the videos so it will make them more visible for visitors. The real thing will work like this: the owner of the video uploaded to Youtube will sign a contract with Google to allow them to add ads under the video, that way the owner, Google and site which will link to that video will have their income.
I like the idea , cause this way many users will get something out of their video archives.

Strange way for burning your meat !!!

Strange (funny) Usb Powered Barbeque. Have a PC standing in garbage, why not use it for making an barbeque out of it. Maby this was the idea of the creators, who decided to make a barbeque out of connecting 30 Usb cables. I don't like the idea of getting my meal out of PC, but anyways maby the guys liked it.

Artificial Cornea Could Bright The Light For Blind

Researchers at the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany have invented an artificial cornea that may well be the key to restoring sight for our people with damaged corneas. The artificial cornea should implant into natural cornea with help of special protein which applies to the edge of the cornea where the cells of natural cornea latch onto. In this way, the cornea implant can firmly connect with the natural part of the cornea, while the center remains free of cells and therefore clear.

What is special about this protein is that it can survive the later thermal sterilization of the artificial cornea without being damaged, as it does not have the three-dimensional structure typical of large proteins.
